Technology Only Helps on a Schedule
A device does not help you thrive. A device plus a reason, used on a schedule, might.

New-year skincare leans on hardware because hardware looks like a decision. Microcurrent, LED, and ultrasonic tools can all be useful inside a facial, and all of them are useless as a personality. Current is for muscle tone and a lifted look when the settings match the face. Light is for a calmer, clearer surface over repeated sessions, not for a single night of optimism. Ultrasound and similar tools are about slip and product movement. None of them correct sleep, sunscreen, or a routine you restart every Monday.
The baseline you can still keep in March matters more than a January purchase. Book the technology inside a facial where someone else is accountable for the settings, then copy only the home steps you will actually do. If you buy a device, buy the one that matches a complaint you can point to, and learn it properly. A drawer of wands is not a practice.
The year does not need a new face. It needs the same barrier, a little less irritated, and a plan you are not renegotiating weekly. Tools can serve that. They cannot be it.
